We have been extremely pleased with our experience with One Way Homes! From our first meeting, Tanner has just been really on top of things. He was thorough in explaining everything: listing our home, background checks for applicants, placing tenants. The process has been smooth and straightforward ever since. Our tenants signed a 2-year lease and One Way sent in an inspector every 6 months to check on the condition of our home. Anytime that work needed to be done, we were notified right away and advised of cost upfront. We already have tenants lined up once the lease expires.
We have recently been working with Mason who has been extremely communicative and continued the excellent service.

We have had One way Homes as a property manager for a year now. We have had minimal issues with our unit, and they have always been very responsive to those. Our air conditioner just went out and Mason, Tanner and our owners had us up and running with a new unit within a week!! Javier (the AC guy) was so efficient and respectful in our home!! After moving to Arizona, two years ago and only hearing horror stories about property management companies, I am happy to report this one is awesome!!!
